Netrium Technologies ("we," "our," or "us") operates the SyncTap Game mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we and our third-party partners collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App.

Information Collected Directly by Us

We collect minimal information directly:

• Game Progress: Your high scores and game settings are stored locally on your device
• Leaderboard Data: Anonymous user identifier, display name, scores, and tier progress for the global leaderboard feature
• Purchase Information: If you make in-app purchases, transaction records are processed through third-party payment processors and the app store payment system

Our App integrates with third-party services that may collect information about you. These services are essential for providing advertisements, managing the global leaderboard, and processing payments.

1. Advertising Services (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the free version of our App.

Information That May Be Collected:

• Device identifiers (such as Advertising ID/IDFA)
• IP address and approximate location
• Device type, operating system, and version
• Ad interaction data (views, clicks)
• App usage data
• Network provider information

Purpose: To display relevant advertisements and measure ad performance.

Opt-Out: You can opt-out of personalized advertising by:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

• Or purchase the "Remove Ads" option within the App to completely remove advertisements

2. Payment Processing Services (RevenueCat)

We use RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and entitlements.

Information That May Be Collected:

• Anonymous app user ID
• Purchase history and transaction data
• Device identifiers
• App version and platform information
• Purchase status and entitlements

Purpose: To process in-app purchases, manage entitlements, restore purchases across devices, and prevent fraud.

3. Global Leaderboard Services (Supabase)

We use Supabase to provide the global leaderboard feature.

Information That May Be Collected:

• Anonymous user identifier (generated locally, not linked to personal information)
• Display name (auto-generated as "Player" + random number)
• Game scores and tier progress
• Platform information (iOS/Android/Web)
• Timestamp of score submissions

Purpose: To display global rankings, track high scores, and enable competitive gameplay features.

4. App Store Payment System

All in-app purchases are processed through your device's app store payment system (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). The app store collects and processes payment information according to their privacy policy.

How We Use Information

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and improve the App's functionality
• Display advertisements (free version only)
• Maintain and display the global leaderboard
• Process in-app purchases
• Manage user entitlements (ad removal)
• Restore purchases across devices
• Prevent fraud and abuse

Data Storage and Security

Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. Leaderboard data is stored on secure Supabase servers. Third-party services store data on their own secure servers according to their respective privacy policies.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect data processed by our third-party partners, but no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Data Retention

• Local game data: Retained on your device until you uninstall the App
• Leaderboard data: Retained indefinitely to maintain historical rankings
• Purchase data: Retained as required for transaction records and entitlement management
• Advertising data: Retained according to Google AdMob's data retention policies

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except:

• With the third-party services mentioned above (AdMob, RevenueCat, Supabase, and app stores) to provide App functionality
• When required by law or legal process
• To protect our rights and safety or the rights and safety of others
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets (users will be notified)

Children's Privacy

Our App is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages but contains advertisements (unless removed via purchase). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our third-party services comply with children's privacy regulations:

• AdMob does not serve personalized ads to children under 13
• The leaderboard uses only anonymous identifiers
• No personal information is required to play the game

Your Privacy Rights

All Users

• Opt-out of personalized ads: Use device privacy settings (see Advertising Services section above)
• Remove ads entirely: Purchase "Remove Ads" within the App
• Delete local data: Uninstall the App to delete all locally stored game data

• Request leaderboard data removal: Contact us to request removal of your leaderboard entries

California Residents (CCPA)

California residents have additional rights:

• Right to opt-out of sale of personal information (not applicable as we don't sell data)
